Photography studio prices

These are our Photo studio prices. To keep it simple we charge an hourly rate and a price for digital or hard prints. This means you can estimate your own price, if you are thinking of anything bespoke. Otherwise take a look at our package prices below. All prices will need confirming.

Special Packages

Charge for photo shoot - Hourly


£59 for first hour or part hour

£39 for each hour or part hour thereafter.


a. Same price for in studio or away from studio

b. 30 minutes travel time included when away from studio - £9.99 each half hour thereafter. (Determined by google maps.)

c. Most private shoots will be completed within the first hour.

Below is a list of special packages, it's our attempt to be as open as possible about our pricing, however, only you know your situation and how many family members you have and how many photos you want to hand out. So, please feel free to use the prices above to give yourself an estimate for your bespoke package. This isn't fixed, if you need extra or fewer photos then it's entirely up to you.

  • How do you work out your prices

    There are two ways to price up your photoshoot. The first is to have one price that covers everything. For instance; 2 hours and 30 digital images. The trouble is you don’t really know how many images you want until you see them, so the photographer just has to produce the 30 images that he thinks fulfill his obligation. However, you may not want them; not necessarily because they lack quality, but because they are just variations of each other and you will have paid for them; Certainly, they will be a record of the event, but will they be proper memories? 


    We price the photo shoot by charging an hourly rate and a price for each image. Why? because we feel it is a lot fairer for the client. You may think you need say 50 images, but that is a lot of photos and you may find that all your memories can be captured in just 25 great images. 


    Secondly, if you only choose 5 images then our day is not very profitable at all, and so this gives us a great incentive to really craft our images and to capture a great many different situations in the hope that you choose more, and of course, the choice is still yours, you can have 1 image or 50, it's up to you. Usually, you will have a large number to choose from. If you want 25 images we will often take up to 200 images, then we cut out all those where the party-goers are blinking, talking, eating, or looking the wrong way. 


    Next, we crop the images and do basic processing and then present you with usually double what you need, but often a lot more great quality images for you to choose from.    

       

       

       

       

       

       

       

       

       


  • How can I pay for you services

    We take payment in many different ways to suit you;

    Cash

    Bank transfer

    Credit cards via SagePay, either over the phone or we can send you a link to pay directly with Sage Pay.

    We can also take most credit cards remotely, using a secure pin machine.

    You can also pay by Paypal.

  • Can I come without making an appointment in advance?

    We normally work to appointments only using our booking App. However if you phone first we can often work to short notice.

  • How do I contact the Studio during off-hours?

    Go to our website and use the Facebook messenger tab or just call.
